I had a great time staying at this hotel for my ski holiday. The hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating, providing assistance in Italian, German, and English. The location is perfect for skiing, with the ski shuttle bus stopping right in front of the hotel and the lift just a few minutes away. The hotel is easily accessible by bus, just a short walk from the bus stop. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a balcony, which was a nice touch. a great stay!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

Rooms are spacious and cozy, with great linens and modern bathroom amenities. the staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in multiple languages. Guests can enjoy delicious meals, including local specialties, and relaxing afternoon tea in a charming winter garden. the spa with sauna and steam room is a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
One drawback may be the lack of an on-site gym or fitness facility for those who wish to exercise.

They were fluent in multiple languages and were always there to assist me with anything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of everything I wanted to explore.
This hotel is a wonderful choice for families.

We stayed at a hotel in the Italian Alps for Christmas, and we were impressed by the stunning views of the snow-capped mountains from our room. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we were able to participate in some winter activities like skiing and ice-skating which were perfect for the holiday season. the location of the hotel was also great since it was easy to access shops and restaurants nearby.
Although the hotel was beautiful and comfortable, we found it quite pricey compared to other hotels in the area. Some of the meals and activities were not included in the price, which made our expenses higher than expected.
